The 21st century has brought about two (2) fundamental changes in how we approach all aspects of our lives and business.  First, that we must reduce our costs and limit our risk.  Second, that we must be more ecologically friendly or “Green”.  The management of erosion control and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) programs is the quintessential example of economic and ecologic issues for every construction development. 

Born from the Clean Water Act in 1972 erosion control or SWPPPs has often been regarded as the soft cost that just keeps taking.  Oakridge Landscape strives to provide complete service of these hard tasks for both public and private clients.  The Erosion Control Division is led by a senior management team that has over 70 years of combined construction management, project management, and construction financial management.  Both the management and field supervision are trained and educated in the regulatory, as well as practical implementation aspects of erosion control and Best Management Practices (BMP).  The management team provides the leadership of skilled and trained field crews with Foremen who average over 15 years of experience.
